Policies & Procedures Ordering Policy: Orders placed after 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time will  not be delivered the next day, but the following business day. Return Policy & Procedure: Our return policy is pickup of your return in our normal delivery area and 100% credit no matter whose fault it is (except set-up furniture) for items returned within 30 days in re-sellable condition, with all packaging, instructions, etc. returned intact.  Outside our normal delivery area, you must contact our Customer Service department. Special orders and custom orders are not returnable. Deliveries outside this area will be shipped by UPS and the charge will be added to your invoice.
